Your release paperwork, if you have it. It names the charges, the courthouse, your next date and your conditions.

The date of the incident and the police service involved.
•
Whether you gave a statement to police, and whether you were told you were being recorded.

Do not contact a complainant, even to apologise or explain, if a condition prohibits it. That is a new charge and it is the easiest one to prove.
