Fees are set for the stage of the matter rather than billed by the hour wherever that is possible, so you know the number before the work starts. Payment plans are available and are discussed openly.
Legal Aid Ontario certificates are accepted. If you are not sure whether you qualify, ask on the call and you will be told how to find out.
